Retreat Contract
This important 5-page document is required for all retreat and conference rentals. Please download and read it very carefully, then complete, sign and return to us. The document contains:
- Application for Retreat/Conference Rental
- Financial Information (Guarantees and Cancellation Policy)
- Camp Vesper Point Policies
- Vesper Point Statement of Faith
- Parental Liability Release Form, Hold Harmless Agreement, and Authorization for Emergency Medical Treatment

There is a minimum requirement of 3 meals for each night a group stays at camp. There is also a $12 charge per meal for additional guests not staying overnight. Don't forget to download our Cabin Assignments document, which must be completed and sent back to us as soon as possible.
