Camper Application

Each camper must complete a Camper Application.

The Medical Profile can be downloaded here and mailed in. It cannot be done online. This is not required for registration, but must be submitted at least two weeks before your camper(s) session.

You may use our Online Camper Application for instant submission and payment, or you may download an application and mail it in. Please know that applying online does not guarantee registration. All campers are registered and assigned clinics on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will attempt to keep up-to-date postings of sessions that are full.

Once your camper is registered, you will receive an invoice confirming his/her session. If your camper is assigned to the Water Ski clinic, that will also appear on the invoice. All other clinic assignments will be sent to you separately before your camper comes to camp.

Each summer it is our joy and privilege to provide financial assistance for boys and girls to attend camp. Our funds are limited, and this assistance is based on financial need and extenuating circumstances.

• Financial Aid Information

The financial aid form must be submitted with a camper's application and deposit. Only one per family is needed. All financial aid forms are reviewed by our financial aid committee and must be received at least one month prior to your camper's camp session. You will be notified of the amount given to your camper(s) and sent a new invoice as soon as it is decided upon.
