Camper Application
Each camper must complete a Camper Application.
The Medical Profile can be downloaded here and mailed in. It cannot be done online. This is not required for registration, but must be submitted at least two weeks before your camper(s) session.
You may use our Online Camper Application for instant submission and payment, or download an application and mail it in (see right).
Please know that applying online does not guarantee registration. All campers are registered and assigned clinics on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will attempt to keep up-to-date postings of sessions that are full.
Once your camper is registered, you will receive an invoice confirming his/her session. If your camper is assigned to the Water Ski clinic, that will also appear on the invoice. All other clinic assignments will be sent to you separately before your camper comes to camp.
IMPORTANT: Each camper must complete the below Parent Liability Release Form. THIS FORM MUST BE NOTARIZED. We will have a notary at camp. Otherwise, you will need to notarize the form beforehand and mail it in. The camper's legal parent/guardian will have to be present to sign this form in front of our Notary Public. Depending on how many forms need notarization, you may have to wait in line to get this done. Campers that do not have this form on Opening Day will not be allowed to stay at camp. No refunds will be given if a camper returns home due to not having this form completed.

Each summer it is our joy and privilege to provide financial assistance for boys and girls to attend camp. Our funds are limited, and this assistance is based on financial need and extenuating circumstances.
The financial aid form must be submitted with a camper's application and deposit. Only one per family is needed. All financial aid forms are reviewed by our financial aid committee and must be received at least one month prior to your camper's camp session. You will be notified of the amount given to your camper(s) and sent a new invoice as soon as it is decided upon.
